  • How do I return an item?

    • You have up to 7 days to return the item (s) of your order, the stamp of the position being authentic.
    • CAUTION: NO REFUND, EXCHANGE, and AVOIR will be performed on items that are incomplete, damaged, damaged, used, worn or salted.
    • The item (s) must be returned in their original state and accompanied by a copy of the invoice received by mail, at the address below:

    • Note on the back of the invoice the reason for return so that your request is processed as soon as possible.

    • The cost of return and new shipment charges will be borne by the customer.

  • There is an error on my order, how do I do it?

    Did you receive the wrong reference or a product is defective? Request your return slip by writing to us via the "Contact us" section, by e-mail or by phone.

  • EXCHANGES

    Upon receipt of your return, a code will be transmitted to you so that you can make your exchange directly on the online store.

This one-time code will be valid for 2 weeks.

The amount will be equal to the purchase value of the returned items.

  • REFUNDS

    It is possible to claim a refund on part or all of your order. It will be done on the means of payment used when purchasing and visible on your account within 10 days.

However, it is important to note:

  1. The port charges consumed and offered are non-refundable, they will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
  2. SOLDED or PROMOTIONS cannot be refunded, apply for a AVOIR CODE for these items.

  • AVOIRS

    You can return some or all of your order and request your AVOIR CODE.
