In Asia: India, Nepal, Burma and Thailand.

  • What are the commitments of our brand?

Twice a year we visit our artisans who manufacture locally. Regular orders are guaranteed to them to avoid precarious work. To optimise their working conditions. A bonus at the end of the year is paid to each family.

  • Are there intermediaries?

All our creations that arrive at our premises in Aubagne to be shipped to you are directly with our craftsmen.

  • What is our impact on the environment?

To make our craftsman partners aware of environmentally friendly production methods. Each of your orders is packed in a sari.

  • What is a sari bag?

Divorced or widowed Indian women have no rights. The sari is a traditional and ancestral Indian dress offered to the least celebrity that they get back for free from different castes. From there, we contribute financially, to their packing bags to provide for their needs, family support, schooling, medical care thanks to you. 

  • Where does my order come from?

      From France. Your order will be processed and shipped from Aubagne (13400).

  • When will my order be dispatched?

    All orders placed before 12 noon are shipped the same day or within 24 hours (B.T.).

  • How can I change something on my order?

Please contact us by telephone (H.B.) on 09 86 52 33 33 (non surcharged call) or by email (service-client@pacap-detail.fr) as soon as possible.

Your request will be processed within 48 hours maximum.

  • How can I pay for my order?

We have signed a guarantee charter with all our partners to secure your payments.

  • Can I track my order?

Yes, you can! After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. When the order is shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking number and the carrier link.

  • How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Delivery times will depend on the post office and the place of delivery.

  • Do I need an account and what are the benefits?

It is not necessary to create an account. However, having an account makes payment easier, allows you to create and send a wish list and offers a personalised shopping experience.

  • How do you size your clothes?

All our clothes are cut to French patterns. Our fabrics are washed and rinsed after printing and before shaping.

  • Do you deliver outside of France?

We deliver all over the world. If you encounter a problem when validating your basket please contact us by email to process your request as quickly as possible.

  • I can't find an item, why?

There is a good chance that this product is no longer available because we mainly offer unique items or very limited series that are not renewed... You have to be quick.

  • I would like to have information about your products.

Each product sheet is composed of a description. If however it seems to you that some information is missing, do not hesitate to contact us by mail or phone.

Please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible as we will dispatch your order as soon as possible.
